I saw something I loved on your website and now it's gone. Are there more in stock? TOP
Maybe. It's best to send me a quick email to inquire about the item you had in mind. If I don't have another exactly like it, I may have something very similar that you might love just as well. What payment method can I use? TOP
All major credit cards and e-checks are accepted. I am happy to accept personal checks and money orders too. You may use your Visa or MasterCard through our secure servers. You may also pay with PayPal using all major credit cards and e-check transactions. You do not need to be a member of PayPal to use their secure service. It's fast & easy. If making payment by check or money order, please understand that checks need to clear the bank before merchandise is shipped. This usually adds another 5-10 days to order processing time before an order ships. Please factor this delay into your need-by date if ordering for a special occasion or holiday. Also, if selecting to pay for items by check or money order, if payment is not received within 7 calendar days from the order date, the order will be considered null and void. Unpaid items are returned to the website for sale. Thank you for your understanding. What is your shipping schedule & method? TOP
Orders from my website ship right away once payment is confirmed. Shipping is offered at a flat rate of $2.50 for the entire order, with Standard First Class mail. I also offer a shipping upgrade to Priotiy Mail for a flat fee of $5.00 with delivery confirmation included. Complimentary insurance is offered on all orders over $50. Overnight or Express delivery is not available. International orders (including Canada) will receive an invoice for the amount of postage due. Custom design service is not available right now. But I do offer custom orders using your own precious bits of what-nots. Have a beautiful, but broken piece of china laying around that is too sentimental to throw away? Perhaps a special snippet of lace or ribbon....maybe an old family photo or card that means the world to you? I can take these treasures and create beautiful, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces using my existing designs with your materials. My jewelry is handmade and uses many vintage & antique components. No two pieces are exactly alike. Please read the item descriptions carefully, including the item dimensions. Due to the unique nature of my products and the time involved in my creation process, I have a limited return policy. Items can be returned, upon approval, for an EXCHANGE or web/store credit. If you need any guidance or have any questions about a product before placing your order, please feel free to contace me. I am happy to offer my assistance. Yes I do. To date, no one has returned jewelry due to problems with my workmanship. Should the need arise, I will stand behind my work. If your jewelry should need a repair (based on normal usage) just send the item back to me and I will be happy to fix it for you at no charge. At any point in time, if you should simply lose a component from your jewelry, I may be able to provide a replacement stone or bead for you at a nominal fee. Each piece of jewelry will arrive in its own labeled gift box and tied with a pretty ribbon. Pretty enough not to need gift wrap! Inside the box will be a charming product information & care card which also lists the special components used to create your jewel. And on occasion, I am known to toss in a little something extra just for fun! I believe in attention to detail and this packaging is my FREE gift to you! What is the best way to take care of my jewelry? TOP
Many of my pieces contain beautiful Sterling Silver components, which can tarnish. Tarnishing is a natural process caused by oxidation and does not harm the silver. Tarnishing can easily be removed by rubbing the piece gently with a soft, treated polishing cloth. I do not recommend dipping or rubbing with a cream or liquid polish tarnish remover, as these chemicals can damage any surrounding crystals, pearls or other stones used in the piece. To help prevent tarnish from forming, when not wearing your jewelry, store in a cool, dry place in a zip lock bag in the gift box your item was received in. For those items not made with Sterling Silver components, a soft, damp cloth used gently on the piece should be all that is needed.
