
ORDERING: Each jewel is handcrafted with quality and detail in mind. Unless otherwise noted in the description, please allow 7-10 days for your jewel to be created. Custom orders and orders received during holidays and special promotions, may take slightly longer. If you have a specific need-by date, please contact me first to check my production schedule. Every effort will be made to confirm and accommodate your request.
PAYMENTS: Payment is processed at the time of order. Credit card payments are welcomed directly with Visa & Mastercard through the website. Paypal is also accepted where you can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and eChecks.

PRODUCTS: Many jewels are created using vintage & antique elements taken from pieces of broken china, vintage postcards & photos, antique lace, vintage silverware and more unique beads and findings. We are very particular about the elements we use! Please read the item descriptions carefully, including the item dimensions. If you have any questions before placing your orders, please feel free to contact the studio.
SOLDERED JEWELRY: We only use a high-quality, jewelry grade solder that is lead-free and contains sterling silver. All soldered jewelry receives a protective coating to add shine and reduce tarnishing, before each item ships.
PACKAGING: Each jewel arrives gift boxed with a product information and jewelry care card enclosed.

SHIPPING RATES: Choose Standard First Class Mail for FREE! Or, upgrade to Priority Mail for just $5. International orders ship for $12 via International Priority Mail. Wholesale Accounts Only ship at $9.50. Please Note: Overnight or Express Delivery is not available.

CUSTOMER CARE: Our customers are treated with a caring and courteous manner, as we would treat a family member or dear friend. Please feel free to contact the studio with any questions you might have. Phone calls and emails are typically returned within one business day, during standard business hours.
RETURNS: We want you to LOVE your purchase! As our jewelry is handmade and uses many vintage & antique components, no two pieces will be identical. Due to the time involved in the creation process, we offer a limited return policy. Your satisfaction is very important to us and if you are not enchanted with your purchase, you can always return for an exchange, within 2 weeks of the shipping to you date. If you need any guidance or have any questions about a product before placing your order, please feel free to contact the studio.
