My wish is that your online shopping experience with Cupids Charm will be a pleasant one! I hope that my beautiful, romantic inspired vintage jewelry will simply charm you and that this will become one of your favorite places to shop! Please take a moment to review my policies. Payments:
Your payment is due at the time of purchase. I welcome Visa & MasterCard payments directly. I also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & E-checks through PayPal. Prefer to pay for your order with a personal check or money order? I am happy to accept this method of payment. Just add your items into the shopping cart and at checkout, select the check/money order option. Print a copy of your order and send it along with your payment. If payment is not received within 7 calendar days from order date, the item will be returned to the website for sale. Orders paid by check or money order will ship when the payment clears the bank (thank you for your understanding). This usually requires an additional 5-10 days processing time before your order ships.
Shipping - Delivery - Insurance:
Shipping is offered at a flat rate of $2.50 for the entire order, with Standard First Class mail. I also offer a shipping upgrade to Priority Mail for a flat fee of $5.00 with delivery confirmation included. Priority Mail is typically received within 2-5 business days. Complimentary Insurance is offered on all orders over $50.00. Overnight or Express delivery is not available. International orders (including Canada) will receive an email/invoice for shipping charges shortly after the order is processed. Any duties & taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. For information on duties & taxes, please contact your customs office.
Returns & Guarantee:
I hope you will LOVE my jewelry! My jewelry is handmade and uses many vintage & antique components. No two pieces are exactly alike. Please read the item descriptions carefully, including the item dimensions. Due to the unique nature of my products and the time involved in my creation process, I have a limited return policy. Your satisfaction is very important to me and if you are not enchanted with your purchase, you can always return for an exchange or store/web credit. Prior notice of return is required to: joy@cupidscharm.com. You will receive instructions on how and where to return. If you need any guidance or have any questions about a product before placing your order, please feel free to contact me. I am happy to offer my assistance.
Workmanship Guarantee: To date, I have not had jewelry returned due to a problem with my workmanship. Should the need arise, I will stand behind my work. If your jewelry should need a repair (based on normal usage) send the item back to me and I will be happy to fix it for you at no charge. At any point in time, if you should simply lose a component from your jewelry, I may be able to provide a replacement stone or bead for you at a nominal fee. Please contact me if you have a problem.
Packaging Information:
Each piece of jewelry will arrive in its own labeled gift box, tied with a pretty ribbon. Pretty enough not to need gift wrapping! Inside the box will be a charming product information & care card which also lists the special components used to create your jewel. And on occasion, I am known to toss in a little something extra just for fun! I believe in attention to detail and I offer this packaging as my FREE gift to you!
Product Care:
Many of my pieces contain beautiful Sterling Silver components, which can tarnish. Tarnishing is a natural process caused by oxidation and does not harm the silver. Tarnishing can easily be removed by rubbing the piece gently with a soft, treated polishing cloth. I do not recommend dipping or rubbing with a cream or liquid polish tarnish remover, as these chemicals can damage any surrounding crystals, pearls or other stones used in the piece. To help prevent tarnish from forming, when not wearing your jewelry, store in a cool, dry place in a zip lock bag in the gift box your item was received in.

The information received from you to process your order with Cupids Charm is used to make your online shopping experience with us convenient and pleasurable. Orders processed on this website are encrypted using SSL technology to assure that your transactions are protected. The information you provide is never shared or provided to any third party.

As I am often welding a hot soldering iron or up to my elbows in glue & crystals, I can't always stop to answer a call.....but please leave a message...I'd love to chat with you and answer any questions you may have. I prefer to return phone calls and answer emails in the late afternoon and early evening hours. I try my very best to return all messages within 24 hours or less.
