ORDERING: Each jewel is handmade to order, unless otherwise noted in the description. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to ship. Custom orders and orders received during holidays and special sale promotions, may take slightly longer. If you have a specific need-by date, please contact me first. I may be able to accommodate your request if my production schedule allows.
PAYMENTS: Payment is due at the time of order. Credit card payments are welcomed directly with Visa & MasterCard. PayPal is also accepted where you can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and eChecks.
PRODUCTS: My jewelry is created using vintage & antique elements from broken china, vintage postcards, antique lace, vintage silverware and more unique components. I am very particular about the elements I use! Please read the item descriptions carefully, including the item dimensions. If you have any questions before placing your order, please feel free to contact me.
SOLDERED JEWELRY: I use a high-quality, jewelry grade solder that is lead-free and contains sterling silver. All soldered jewelry receives a protective coating to add shine and reduce tarnishing, before each item ships.
PACKAGING: Each jewel arrives in a ribbon tied gift box with a product information & jewelry care card enclosed.
YOUR SHIPPING CHOICES INCLUDE: FREE Shipping via First Class Mail shipping within the continental US. Upgrade to Priority Mail for just $5.00. International Orders ship for $12.00. Please Note: Overnight or Express Delivery is not available.
CUSTOMER CARE: My customers are treated with a caring and courteous manner, as I would treat a dear friend or family member. Please feel free to contact the studio with any questions you might have. Phone calls and emails are typically returned within one business day, during my standard business hours.
RETURNS: As my jewelry is handmade and uses many vintage & antique components, no two pieces are exactly alike. Due to the time involved in the creation process, I offer a limited return policy. Your satisfaction is very important to me and if you are not enchanted with your purchase, you can always return for an exchange, within 2 weeks of the shipping date. If you need any guidance or have any questions about a product before placing your order, please feel free to contact me.
PRIVACY: Your privacy is respected with Cupids Charm and your personal information will never be sold or shared with any third party.
WHOLESALE: I sincerely appreciate your interest in my jewelry products. At this time, I do not offer my products for wholesale.
